We are ISO 14001: 2015 certified. By leveraging clean technologies, we continuously optimize operational efficiency. Our 2030 vision targets a 10% reduction in GHG emission intensity and a 6% reduction in energy consumption intensity compared to our 2024 base year.
Technology
Our new products feature energy-efficient microprocessors and chips, reducing power consumption. We're also exploring innovative technologies to further conserve energy and shape the future. Committed to sustainability, we design low-carbon products to extend lifecycle and minimize carbon emissions.
Maintenance
We have maintained a customer satisfaction rate exceeding 95% for three consecutive years. Through our MAXSTORE cloud platform, we provide advanced remote terminal management to reduce the need for on-site visits and lower our environmental footprint.
Recycling
We have implemented a unified collection system for decommissioned equipment and partner with accredited recyclers to ensure environmentally responsible disposal and material recovery. Recycled cardboard is used in all HEMAR product packaging.
Materials
We have achieved 100% plastic-free packaging. Our eco-conscious designs prioritize sustainable materials, including recycled cardboard and FSC-certified paper, ensuring that all paper-based materials are sourced from responsibly managed forests.
